120-Day Growth Guarantee

We make returns simple. If you're not happy for any reason, you have 120 days after receiving your order to request a refund — even if you've already used the product.

Your purchase is 100% risk-free.

To begin your refund request, email us at contact@nourlabcare.com. We'll send step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Note: Refund requests without prior approval will not be accepted.

As part of our 120-Day Growth Guarantee, you may also keep the product even after your refund is processed. That's how confident we are in NourLab's ability to deliver visible results — you truly have nothing to lose.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for our 120-Day Growth Guarantee, you must:

  • Have purchased NourLab directly from our official website
  • Submit your refund request within 120 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your original order number and the email address used at checkout

Bulk orders, wholesale purchases, and orders purchased through third-party resellers are not covered by this guarantee.

Delivered But Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, don't worry — we're happy to offer a one-time free replacement.

Here's what to do:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, safe delivery spots, and ask your neighbors or building reception.
  2. Wait 48 hours — sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered early, and they show up shortly after.
  3. Still missing? Email us at contact@nourlabcare.com with your order number and confirmed shipping address.

Note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered by the courier — only a one-time replacement will be issued.

Refunds

Once we approve your refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If it's been more than 15 business days and you still haven't received your refund, email us at contact@nourlabcare.com and we'll look into it right away.

Ordered the Wrong Item

It's your responsibility to ensure you're ordering the correct product(s). Not sure which supply size or variant is right for you? Feel free to contact us before placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong item, email us immediately at contact@nourlabcare.com. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships — but we can't guarantee cancellation once processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect product selections made at checkout.

Incorrect Address

We rely on the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once the order has entered fulfillment.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error:

  • We can help you place a replacement order at a reduced cost
  • Additional shipping charges will apply

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. Our support team responds within 24 hours on business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your NourLab product arrives damaged, broken, or with compromised sterile packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nourlabcare.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll send a free replacement as quickly as possible — no return of the damaged product required.
